08 Questions

Fine print, answered.

  • No. They open one link, pick their add-ons, sign and pay. The client portal works from the same email, without a password.

  • Yes, for most business documents in the United States. Signatures follow the federal ESIGN Act and state UETA laws, and every signed document carries an audit trail with times, IP addresses and devices.

  • When the client opens the link you get a notification. HubSign also records how long each section was on screen, so you can see whether they read the pricing or skipped to the end. Clients are told in the link footer that views are recorded.

  • Yes. Paste or upload your own services agreement and save it as a template. The fields (names, fees, dates) fill in from the proposal.

  • Card and US bank transfer from the invoice page. Deposits can go out automatically the moment the proposal is signed.

  • HubSign syncs clients and deal status with HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive on the Agency plan. The built-in client list works on every plan.

  • A person reviews every new account before sending opens, usually within one business day. It keeps impersonators away from the clients you send to.
